Gossip Girl is the most watched TV series in the US among Pinays living there. I have learned this from a cousin who e-mailed me the other day. She is living in New York and according to her, a Filipino owned news letter made a survey of all its pinoys subscribers and the result according to her found Gossip Girl as the most watched TV series. Second to Gossip Girl is Vampire Diaries and third is Glee.
My cousin further said that most of her friends are likewise followers of Gossip Girl whom they watch every Mondays of the week. A particular friend of hers who goes by the name of Georgina collects every news items she can lay her hands on relating to Gossip Girl. Georgina, my cousin informed me, has three female cats whom she fondly named as Serena, Blair and Lily.
However, there are times she said that their work schedules are in conflict with the airtime schedules of Gossip Girl in which case they would tend to watch Gossip Girl online. She said that they are very thankful for the Internet because aside from Gossip Girl, they can also watch Glee online and even watch Vampire Diaries online anytime they are free.
